Infinite Returns Operations is a trade name of IRE LLC.

Not a Credit Repair Organization

Infinite Returns Operations ("Infinite Returns," "we," "us") provides software tools, educational content, and AI-generated document templates to help users understand and manage their own credit and financial information. Infinite Returns is not a credit repair organization, credit services organization, or credit counseling service, and does not provide credit repair services as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.) or any applicable state Credit Services Organization Act.

What we do

Analyze credit report data you provide; generate AI-assisted dispute letter templates and educational guidance based on that analysis; provide a platform to track your own progress.

What happens to a document you upload

When you upload a credit report, we read it, show you what it says, and draft letters from what it says.

The credit report you upload for analysis is never stored. The software reads it as it arrives and nothing is written to disk — there is no copy of it anywhere afterward, including for us.

Documents you upload to your checklist are different. Those are stored under your account and kept until you ask us to remove them.

The dispute letters we generate are stored so you can download them, and that link expires after 90 days.

What we keep is what the letters are built from: the creditor, the account reference as reported, the status, the provision that applies, and the credit scores shown on the report with the date it was pulled.

We do not ask you to type your Social Security number and we never store it as a number. The document checklist for entity and business-credit work includes an SSN card or ITIN letter. If you upload one, it is stored with your other documents and read only by the people working your file. You can skip it — email us and we’ll tell you what else works.

What we do not do

We do not contact, correspond with, negotiate with, or submit any document to any credit bureau, creditor, or collection agency on your behalf. We do not guarantee removal of any item from your credit report, any specific credit score outcome, or any specific timeframe for results. All generated documents are templates only — you are solely responsible for reviewing, completing, correcting, signing, and submitting any document before it has any legal or practical effect. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, or credit counseling advice.

Your Rights

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly, free of charge.

Accurate, negative information generally cannot legally be removed from a credit report if it is less than 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for up to 10 years.

No one can guarantee that inaccurate information will be removed from your credit report or that your credit score will improve by any specific amount.

You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report from each of the major credit bureaus.

Accuracy

You agree not to submit any dispute you know to be false or misleading, and you acknowledge that federal law prohibits knowingly submitting inaccurate information to a credit bureau.

Memberships and Billing

Reading your credit report is free. It stays free whether or not you ever pay us anything.

Infinite Returns Starter — $8 a month

This is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically every month and the payment method on file is charged at each renewal.

You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next charge. Payments already made are not refunded.

If a charge comes through after you cancelled because the cancellation and the renewal crossed, email us and we will reverse that one charge.

You keep access through the period you’ve paid for.

Every letter we've drafted for you stays yours.

If a renewal charge is unsuccessful and is not resolved, access is suspended.

Infinite Returns Incubator — $500, one time

This is a single, one-time payment for one year of access. Nothing renews automatically; when the year ends, continuing is a new purchase you choose to make.

Access begins immediately after payment. It is not refunded.

Higher tiers

Additional programs covering entity formation, business structure, business credit, funding, acquisition and related subjects are offered separately.

The price, the billing period, and the renewal terms of each are stated at the point of purchase for that program, and those terms govern that purchase.

Nothing in this section commits us to offering any particular program at any particular price.

Purchases, delivery and refunds

Everything we sell is digital content and software, delivered online. Access begins immediately after payment.

Before any purchase you are shown a statement of these terms and asked to accept it. By accepting, you acknowledge that delivery is immediate, that you waive any cancellation or cooling-off period, and that all sales are final and there are no refunds. We keep a record of that acceptance: the plan, the exact statement you accepted, the date and time, and the device and network it came from.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; cancelling stops the next charge. One-time plans are a single payment for the stated period. In neither case is a payment already made refunded.

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first and we will look at it with you. Raising a dispute with your card issuer for a purchase you accepted under these terms, while keeping the access you were given, is a breach of these terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is a separate document on this site. It states what we collect, what we do with it, and who can see it.
