Infinite Returns is operated by IRE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
You pull your own report from a source you choose and upload a copy. The software reads it as it arrives and nothing is written to disk — we do not keep the file, and there is no copy of it anywhere afterward, including for us.
These are different, and the difference matters. A checklist document — a photo ID, a tax return, a bank statement, a credit report you upload there rather than for analysis — is stored under your account and kept until you ask us to remove them. Nothing removes them automatically and nothing expires on its own.
Collected when you create an account so we can reach you and so the letters carry your name.
Which screens you opened and when — the ordinary record any web application keeps in order to work.
We do not ask for bank account numbers, card numbers, or government identification. Payment is handled by our payment processor; card details go to them and never to us.
We read the credit report you upload and name the federal statute governing each item on it. We draft dispute letters. That is the whole purpose and it is the only thing your report is used for.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. There is no advertising on this platform and no arrangement under which anyone pays us for access to you.
The people who operate Infinite Returns, and — where a mentor is attributed to your account — that mentor.
Our infrastructure providers, because software runs on servers somebody owns. Google Cloud Platform hosts the application and stores your files. GoHighLevel handles email and text messages. Our payment processor handles payments.
Nobody else.
Those checklist documents sit under your account for as long as you leave them there, and where a mentor is attributed to you, that mentor can read them. Both of those are true at the same time, which is why they are said together.
It is the most sensitive thing you give us and it gets said separately.
It is used to produce your findings and your letters. It is not used to train anything.
The report you upload for analysis is not held at all, so there is nothing to remove. Checklist documents are held until you ask. Email us and we will remove them — that is a request you make, not something that happens on its own. Nothing on this platform expires or deletes itself.
We do not keep the question. When you ask the Vault something — typed or spoken — we match it to one of a fixed list of topics and keep only that topic name, the date, and a counter. The words you used are not stored, on our servers or in our logs.
If your question does not match anything we cover, we record only that one did not match. That is how we learn what to add.
Where you speak instead of typing, your voice is turned into text by your own browser or phone and the audio never reaches us. What we do with the text is what is described above.

Ask us to delete your account and what is in it.

This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
If this policy changes materially, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top. We will not quietly narrow it.
