Infinite Returns Wealth Suite · the free guide

The Infinite Returns Wealth Suite Guide

What the app does, who it is for, and where every answer comes from. Read it for free, before you pay a dollar.

What the app does

Infinite Returns is a financial education app that runs entirely on your phone.

You upload your own credit report. The app reads it, names every negative item, and prints the section of the Fair Credit Reporting Act that governs that item — with a link to the primary source, not a summary of it. Then it drafts the dispute letters. You review them. You mail them. Infinite Returns never contacts a bureau or a creditor, and never acts for you.

Ask the Vault searches twelve areas of law. Every match traces back to a real, cited source — a statute, a regulation, a court decision, an agency order. If a question is not in the Vault, that is said plainly rather than answered with a guess.

Above that sit the tools and the courses: the underwriting math on a deal, the reading of your own tax return, the entity, the funding, the property strategies, and the structures that hold it all together.

The credit work and the Vault are free. They are free permanently.

The five professions

Infinite Returns for Professionals is built for five seats. Here is what each one actually does with the app.

1 · Real Estate Agent

  1. Hand a not-yet-qualified buyer the free Credit Report Analyzer so they start working their own report months before they shop, instead of you carrying a dead lead.
  2. Every negative item comes back named with the FCRA section that governs it, and the primary source linked — so the buyer understands the item, and you never touch it.
  3. The buyer reviews and mails their own letters. You stay entirely out of the credit conversation, which is where an agent gets in trouble.
  4. Score Tracker (Free) gives the buyer their own progress view, so your follow-up is “how did the last cycle go,” not a cold check-in.
  5. Deal Calculator (Starter, inside Deal Calculators) — run DSCR and the acquisition math with an investor client while they are on the phone with you.
  6. Infinite Returns Deal Analyzer (Starter) for the investor buyer who wants the file read the way the underwriter will read it. The lender decides.
  7. Tax Return Reader (Starter) shows a self-employed buyer what an underwriter is going to see in their return.
  8. Ask the Vault (Free) answers “can they really do that?” with the citation, not an opinion — between showings.
  9. Wholesaling, Wholetailing, Pre-Foreclosures, Foreclosures & Fix and Flip (Incubator) so your investor clients bring repeat volume, not one primary residence.
  10. Let’s Get Prequalified (Free) — the buyer learns what VA, FHA, conventional and non-conventional each require by the underwriter’s own rulebook before they ever sit with a lender.
  11. Your First Rental: House Hacking with FHA and VA (Starter) — the first-time buyer who wants to live in one unit and rent the others learns how each program treats it before the first showing.

2 · Small Business Owner

High-ticket coaching · health and wellness coaching · any owner-operator practice.

  1. Ask the Vault (Free) — your clients’ funding and structure questions answered from the primary source, so you are not guessing on camera.
  2. The Wyoming Entity Course (Incubator) — form and operate the entity properly instead of running a practice out of a personal account.
  3. Business Tax Foundations (Incubator) — § 199A, the S-corp election and reasonable compensation, and what a 1099-K actually reports.
  4. Personal Tax Foundations (Starter) — the real deadline for amending a return, and how to read what the Tax Return Reader surfaces.
  5. Solo 401(k), SEP IRA & ROBS (Incubator) — three structures the market conflates, and the limits that break each one.
  6. Business Funding: 0% Interest and More (Incubator) — how business credit is built on the entity through payment history, and why file segregation is illegal rather than a shortcut.
  7. MCA Defense & FDCPA Countersuit (Starter) — if a merchant cash advance is already in the picture: the recharacterization test, confession-of-judgment limits, and the Rotkiske clock. It explains mechanics; a licensed attorney in your state handles the filing.
  8. The Budgeting Course + Four Shares and the Budgeting Tool (Starter) — separate owner pay from business cash, which most practices never do.
  9. Give the Free tier to your own clients as an onboarding asset. A client who understands their own numbers implements faster.
  10. Infinite Returns: Mergers & Acquisition (Accelerator) — the path from running a practice to buying one.

3 · Tax Preparer

  1. Tax Return Reader (Starter) — walk a client through their own return in plain language before the appointment.
  2. Clients arrive already inside The Wyoming Entity Course (Incubator) — fewer entity conversations from scratch in filing season.
  3. Business Tax Foundations (Incubator) — clients show up understanding the line between the business and themselves.
  4. Budgeting Tool + Debt Order (Starter) cleans up the bookkeeping you would otherwise reconstruct.
  5. Solo 401(k), SEP IRA & ROBS (Incubator) — clients who already understand the vehicles when you raise them.
  6. Ask the Vault (Free) — a cited answer to the off-season question that is not worth a research hour.
  7. Credit Report Analyzer (Free) for the client whose real problem is the report, not the return. They handle it themselves.
  8. Wholesaling & Fix and Flip (Incubator) covers the dealer-status trap under 26 U.S.C. § 1221(a)(1) — the conversation your flipper clients need before December.
  9. Subject-To, Wraps, Lease Options & EMD Lending (Incubator) — the different tax treatment of each structure, so a creative-finance client does not surprise you in March.
  10. Infinite Returns for Professionals (Starter) — the three modules written for your seat specifically.

4 · Loan Officer / MLO

  1. A denied borrower is not a lost file. Hand them the free Credit Report Analyzer and they go work it themselves.
  2. Every item returns with its governing FCRA section and the primary source linked — accurate, and entirely on the borrower’s side of the line.
  3. The borrower mails their own letters. You never dispute, never contact a bureau, never touch the file.
  4. Score Tracker (Free) gives you a legitimate reason to stay in contact with a declined applicant.
  5. Tax Return Reader (Starter) — a self-employed borrower who understands their own return before you request documents.
  6. Business Funding: 0% Interest and More (Incubator) — self-employed borrowers building business credit on the entity.
  7. The Wyoming Entity Course (Incubator) — clean entity documentation before underwriting rather than during it.
  8. Deal Calculator (Starter, inside Deal Calculators) — DSCR in front of the investor borrower on the first call.
  9. The Veteran Benefits Course (Free) for VA borrowers — including VA cash-out refinance at 100% LTV, not the 90% commonly repeated, and 38 C.F.R. Part 14 on who may legally charge a veteran for benefits help.
  10. Ask the Vault (Free) — cited answers to borrower questions instead of “I think so.”
  11. VA Loan House Hack to All-in-One: Restoring Your Entitlement (Starter) — for the veteran who bought a 2–4 unit with a VA loan and is asking about the All-in-One and getting the entitlement back.

5 · Life Insurance Agent

  1. Who You Are Right Now (Free) — the client reads five real situations, finds the one that is theirs, and reaches the protection conversation themselves.
  2. Credit Report Analyzer (Free) opens the door with something that costs the client nothing.
  3. The Budgeting Course + Four Shares (Starter) — premium sits inside a real budget rather than a hope.
  4. Tax Return Reader (Starter) for the self-employed client’s actual income picture.
  5. The Wyoming Entity Course (Incubator) — business-owner clients who understand what the entity owns versus what they own.
  6. Solo 401(k), SEP IRA & ROBS (Incubator) — where insurance sits next to the other vehicles.
  7. Self-Directed IRA Structures (Incubator) — disqualified persons, the six categories of prohibited transactions, and UBIT.
  8. The Rockefeller Structure (Accelerator) — the dynasty-trust mechanic, and the three tools people confuse with an exit.
  9. The Dynasty (Accelerator) — structures built before the assets exist to protect.
  10. Infinite Returns Wealth Summary (Accelerator) — a literal summary of a policy or trust document. Premiums, cash value, any growth schedule printed on it. Nothing added, nothing estimated.

WHO it is for

Anyone who has ever been told what their credit means without being shown where that came from. Buyers, borrowers, owner-operators, veterans, and the five professions above who sit across the table from all of them.

Who it is not for: anyone looking for a company to act for them. Infinite Returns never contacts a credit bureau, a creditor or a lender for you. Every letter is yours; you review it, sign it and mail it. Infinite Returns is an educational software company and is not a credit repair organization.

WHAT it is

A financial education app. It reads your own credit report and names each negative item with the FCRA section that governs it. It drafts dispute letters you review and mail yourself. It searches twelve areas of law and cites the source on every match. It teaches entity formation, business credit, tax structure, trusts, and acquisition — in that order, because that is the order they actually stack.

The Credit Report Analyzer (Free)

You upload your own report. For each negative item the analyzer names the section of the Fair Credit Reporting Act that governs it and links the primary source, then drafts the dispute letter for you to review, sign and mail. 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. — the statute is linked inside the app, item by item.

The Tax Return Reader (Infinite Returns Starter)

Reads your return in your own browser — the file is never sent anywhere — and turns what it finds into questions to bring to your CPA, written to be read aloud. It never tells you what to file. The reader’s own rule: a field it cannot find with confidence is left undetermined, never guessed.

The Deal Calculator and the Infinite Returns Deal Analyzer (both Infinite Returns Starter)

The Calculator runs your numbers on a property: income, expenses, debt service, the standard ratios — every calculator lives in Deal Calculators at Starter. The Analyzer reads the file the way the underwriter will, in two modes: Business, where the underwriter looks at EBITDA, and Commercial Real Estate, where it looks at NOI — rent after vacancy and operating expenses. Upload the filed PDF: one year gives an estimate, two years are closer, three years are the full set lenders ask for. It also explains cash-basis and accrual books, and why accrual is the more accurate picture. You pick the program — SBA 7(a), VA, FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or commercial real estate — and it shows what that program states it requires, runs the program’s own arithmetic on the figures you supplied, and returns three lists: what your file supports, what is missing, what to ask. It reads a seller’s return for the lines a buyer needs (officer compensation, guaranteed payments, depreciation, the purchase-price allocation) and hands you the questions. 13 C.F.R. Part 120 · SBA SOP 50 10 8.1 · 13 C.F.R. § 120.131 · 38 C.F.R. § 36.4340 · Fannie Mae Selling Guide B3-6-02 · Fannie Mae Multifamily · HUD Mortgagee Letter 2025-03 · 12 C.F.R. § 1234.17 · 26 U.S.C. § 1060 · IRS Publication 538 — each line in the Analyzer carries its source; lines whose source has not yet been graded into the Vault are marked ◌ candidate and say so.

What it never does: it never announces a lender’s decision — the lender decides. It never values a business or a property. It never verifies that a document is true — it describes what is on the page and tells you plainly that comparing it to the seller’s other documents is your job.

Ask the Vault (Free)

The Vault is the app’s library of primary sources across twelve areas of law — statutes, regulations, IRS forms and instructions, agency handbooks — every entry graded before it is cited. When you ask a question, the answer names the source or says it has none. Never a blog, never a memory.

WHERE the answers come from

Primary sources only. United States Code. The Code of Federal Regulations. IRS forms and their instructions. The SBA, VA, HUD and GSE guides. Court decisions where a rule comes from one. Every claim in the app is tied to one of those or is shown as a candidate awaiting grading. That grading is a human step, and the app shows you which side of it a claim is on.

The dispute process itself goes to Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, and the CFPB — all four, all from your phone, with the step-by-step in the app.

WHEN to use which tool — the path

  1. Report → Analyzer → letters. Get your report, upload it, read what governs each item, mail what you choose to.
  2. Return → Reader → your CPA. Read your own return before the lender or the IRS does; walk into the meeting with the questions.
  3. Deal → Calculator → Analyzer → the lender’s checklist → the lesson. Run the numbers, read the seller’s file, see the program’s list, then learn why each line matters in the course that teaches it.

Before the transaction, not after it. The Free tier exists so the work can start months before anybody needs a decision from a lender.

WHY — and why people hand this to their family

Lenders price money by risk, and your credit report is the document they price it from. A report with inaccurate items on it is being priced against you for something that is not true.

Federal law — the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681i — gives you, personally, the right to dispute an inaccuracy and have it investigated. Not a company acting for you. You.

Infinite Returns reads your own report, names each negative item, cites the section of the FCRA that governs it, links the primary source, and drafts the letter — which you review and you mail, to Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, and the CFPB, from your phone. It costs nothing. Ask the Vault, with the citations, costs nothing.

That is why people hand this to their family. Credit is the foundation of the financial house — everything above it, the entity, the funding, the property, the structure, is built on what the report says. Free is where the foundation gets poured.

And beyond the report: nothing in the app depends on an opinion. The bureau wrote the report. The seller filed the return. The lender published the checklist. Reading those documents correctly, with the governing rule beside each line, is a skill — and it is the same skill whether the document is yours or a counterparty’s. The tools make the reading fast. The courses teach the judgment that turns a reading into a decision.

HOW to use it — and the referral ladder

Download the free app, sign in, and start with the Credit Report Analyzer. Every screen states its own limits at the top. Every tool ends with where the lesson lives.

The ladder. Share your link. When 10 of the people you refer join any paid tier, you receive a year of Starter. At 20, a year of the Incubator. At 30, a year of Infinite Returns White Label — the reseller tier. A White Label holder’s referrals are their clients: the holder earns a referral fee on the courses those clients go on to buy, on terms shown to the holder when they hold it, and only while their access is active. Continuing on Infinite Returns White Label after the year keeps those clients and that eligibility with them.

A referral counts when the person joins any paid tier. Referral fees are discretionary payments for sharing a link — not wages, not guaranteed, and never stated here as a figure, because what anyone earns depends entirely on what their referrals choose to buy.

What this app will never do

Infinite Returns is educational software. It is not a credit repair organization, not a lender, not a law firm and not a tax adviser. Nothing in the app or in this guide is legal, tax, investment or financial advice.
